Walking. Biking. Losing weight and feeling great.

When I do not stress about the scale or gaining a pound or two, then I tend to feel better. What works for me might not work for you. But, I'll tell you. My clothes are falling off me like crazy. The other day, I way walking around the office, tripping on the cuffs of my suit slacks. And I paid a lot of money for that suit!

I do not want to go out and buy new clothes just yet. I will however, build relationships with a couple of tailors in my neighborhood:) I want to have some clothes taken in and that is all. Purchasing new clothes right now is not on my agenda. Not until I accomplish my goal.

In the meantime, I am walking-running on my treadmill, watching my food PORTIONS, taking vitamins and protein food stuff (Yes, I am a vegetarian), and taking in lots of fluids like water, tea, wine..:) Okay, I probably need to cut back on the wine. It adds so many calories.
